Inside Sales Representative Job Opening in Avon, Ohio - Industry leader based in beautiful Avon, Ohio, Freeman Mfg. & Supply Company needs an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This position involves handling all phases of our customer service cycle, from the quote through the delivery, as well as maintaining and developing customer relationships and supporting revenue growth through proactive sales techniques.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Establishing quality relationships with customers
Processing of phoned, faxed and web orders
Providing customer quotes and follow-up
Handling credits and returns
Creating Quality Incidents
Proactively communicating with customers to confirm satisfaction and uncovering opportunities for additional revenue growth
Providing customer
Interacting with various departments as needed to obtain pricing, lead times and delivery information
Working together with Outside Sales Representatives to prospect and develop new customers and maintain current customers
Continuing to develop product knowledge
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required
2+ years Inside Sales Experience
Strong communication skills and telephone manner
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Familiarity with enterprise and CRM software a plus
Hours: 8:00 a.m. ? 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
Pay Range: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour, depending on background and experience
