Sales Representative (HEB/Arlington) Job Opening in Euless, Texas - Restoration 1 Mid-Cities: Sales Representative
(Three positions available within DFW Metro)
We are searching for a Sales Representative capable of expanding our customer base by cultivating relationships with referral sources and trade partners to encourage networking and repeat business. In addition, the Sales Representative will visit customers? properties during initial inspection to provide estimates and guide customers required paperwork.

Job Description
Pursue and cultivate strong business relationships with referral sources and trade partners, such as plumbers, HVAC companies, property managers, insurance agents, and public adjusters
Return work back to these referral sources and trade partners and treat mutual customers with utmost respect and professionalism to build trust
Analyze the market, identify viable target clients, and reach decision-makers
Focus on turning leads into sales at initial inspections
Estimate the cost of fire, water, and mold damage restoration services for potential customers
Help customers review their insurance policies
Maintain accurate sales documentation
Address customers? questions, comments, and concerns to ensure high satisfaction
Be available when on call to visit properties for initial inspections
Other Requirements
Extensive face-to-face sales experience
Experience managing multiple prospects in a large territory
Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office and CRM (preferred)
Proven track record of sales goal attainment in a longer selling cycle environment
Positive, results-driven attitude
Ability to present information and communicate clearly in emails and documents, employing standard grammar, spelling, and punctuation
Willingness to learn and acquire new skills
Local knowledge and contacts in one or more market segments (preferred)
Compensation
Base Salary: $20,000 to $30,000
Commission: 10% of gross revenue
