Amazon.com sales coordinator Job Opening in Hauppauge, New york - We are seeking an Coordinator to join our team! This is an e-commerce sales position and is only available to someone with specific experience running an Amazon account. We are selling our own brand, if you have experience managing an AMAZON account where you sell your own brand, set up ASINs, manage advertising and manage FBA inventory, then we shoudl talk as soon as possible!
Responsibilities:
Handling all aspects of our business
Fully understand and utilize the tools available to promote our products: coupons, lightning deals,, DOTD etc
Manage both seller central, FBA, and vendor central
Use AMS advertising to grow sales and promote specific products
Create and update ASINs, write compelling copy to sell the products we make
Make pricing suggestions to deal with competition
Create cases to handle day to day work
Resolve issues with payments, chargebacks
Reply to consumer questions and complaints
Research best sellers on Amazon and feedback to our product development team
Over time, the ability apply the same skill sets to other ecommerce customer accounts
Requirements:
At least 1-year previous experience working/selling on and using Seller and/or Vendor Central
This means handling an Amazon sales account. Please don't apply if your only experience is BUYING as a consumer on Amazon. That is not going to get you this job
Up to date computer skills
Experience with excel and online New Line forms
This job is NOT available for telecommuting. Must live local
**Salary is Commensurate with Experience**
