Automotive Sales Consultant Job Opening in Syracuse, New york - AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANTS & PRODUCT DELIVERY SPECIALIST
THE LOWERY BROS DEALERSHIPS have been operating in Syracuse for over 30 years. We currently operate 2 dealerships in the Syracuse market. We are always in need of hard working energetic people to join our award winning team. With steady growth at our dealerships Lowery Bros Chrysler-Jeep and Lowery Bros Infifniti of Syracuse we are in need of several highly motivated sales consultants to join our staff .
We are also in need of a Product Delivery Specialist who will present a thorough product demonstration to the customer upon delivery of their new vehicle.
We are currently interviewing to expand our Sales team. This is an exciting and important role and interested candidates must be self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, and love working with customers.
Job functions include:
Understanding and supporting the company's sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective service to all customers
Acting as a resource with strong product knowledge and current technological changes in the industry
Understanding automotive terminology and reports competitive information to the Sales Manager
Maintaining a professional showroom and sales lot image at all times
Maintaining and building your pipeline of customers
Assist in selecting the right product for the customer by qualifying customer's needs
Providing follow-up communication with customers to foster customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and future referrals.
Work as a team with other sales and service personnel in support of dealership's sales and service goals
Attend all team meetings and participate in dealership training activities on a continuous basis
Qualified candidate must have:
Ability to professionally handle customer requests to ensure complete customer satisfaction
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and policy procedure manuals
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees
Our Sales staff have a 5-day work week, with multiple schedules available for flexibility. Exclusive onsite training class for new employees to give you the tools you need to succeed.
Our pay plan is competitive and incentives/bonuses for successful performance are provided. We offer salary plus commission on new and used vehicles, as well as commission on the vehicle gross profit and volume bonuses! Benefits also include medical, dental, vacation time, and personal days.
Additional requirements include:
Retail sales experience (Automotive Industry experience a plus)
High school diploma (college degree preferred)
Valid Driver's license
Bilingual skills are a plus
