You will be an integral member of our team and will be mentored and trained on a daily basis. Our technology based approach will enable you to be productive immediately and also provide a learning track to follow.
This is a unique entry level opportunity to work alongside industry veterans to learn the market place and it's many nuances.
You will be responsible for uncovering listing opportunities in investment properties such as Apartment Buildings, Office Buildings, Shopping Centers and Development Deals in order to become your client's trusted Commercial Real Estate Advisor.
Our consultative sales approach will enable you to build a client bank that will generate referrals and repeat business. This will create an ever increasing income and long term financial security.
You will be trained in:
- our customized software to organize your prospects, leads, contacts, clients and other professionals you work with.
Lead generation - how to market our services using the phone, texting, instant messaging, email, social media, mail, seminars and networking with related professionals.
Relationship Management - ensuring you are providing "best in breed" facts and figures to our current and future clients.
Investment Property Valuations - correctly pricing the property to maximize profitability and ROI for our clients.

This is a commission based position (no salary) with earning potential of over $150,000 per annum for the right candidate.
