Experienced HVAC Sales Representative Job Opening in Freehold, New jersey - * Asteroid Operating Company, the parent company of AEMS Service Company, is a New Jersey-based, full-service commercial and residential HVAC and plumbing services contractor and provides a broad spectrum of HVAC, plumbing, and emergency back-up generator services. Asteroid is comprised of three distinct brands ? namely, AEMS Service Company (estd. 1979), ServicePlus (estd. 1992), and StandBy Power (estd. 2000). Over the past 5 years, the Asteroid companies have completed more than 10,000 projects for customers in the State of New Jersey and surrounding areas.
* We are seeking an experienced HVAC sales representative to (A) generate leads and (B) close company-provided leads. Leads could be for either our commercial business or our residential business. Additionally, leads could be either for our HVAC business, or Plumbing business, or for our Generator business.

* You must have very strong networking, lead generation, customer follow-up, organizational and closing skills. We are fast-paced and dynamic company, and so it goes without saying that you must bring substantial horsepower to sustain the workload. We require a minimum of 3 years of HVAC commercial and/or residential sales experience. We are a BPI-certified HPwES participating contractor. Any experience with HPwES program is a huge plus.
