Medical Billing Specialist Job Opening in Dallas, Texas - eIVF is a fertility specific Electronic Medical Records and Practice Management software. We are engaged with over 100 fertility clinics and hospitals across the U.S. and Canada. We are looking for sharp, motivated, and driven individuals that are seeking to join an incredible movement.
Provide EMR software application support and training to end-users
Respond to e-mail and telephone support requests
Remotely connect to user?s computer, determine minimal use-case to recreate issue, solve issue if possible
Web-based training sessions with new clients
Travel to new clients and help implement software (Mainly U.S. and Canada)
Educate users on how to use the software to help automate workflow
We would prefer if you have any medical, healthcare, or billing experience in the past. We are looking for people wanting to grow within a company and make an impact on helping people grow families.
