We are hiring for classes starting August 28th
Walk - Ins Welcomed from 9am - 3pm @ 11845 IH 10 West (Close to Woodstone Drive)
MUST HAVE - One year Call Center and Medical Office experience
Our Care Coordinators are responsible for managing a high volume of service requests from providers and members. As a Care Coordinator your customer service skills are essential to providing the highest level of support to our callers. As a Care Coordinator your role is to navigate callers to the appropriate areas to best serve their needs, whether that is to talk to one of our clinical staff or assist them with customer services questions or requests.
Schedule:
Training: 3;30pm -10pm ( 3 weeks)
Production Hours: 4pm - Midnight (12am) with a Sat or Sun (1) day off during the week.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; some college preferred.
Minimum of one (1) year combination of customer service experience in a call center, medical office/clinic or institutional setting; or institutional setting; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Healthcare experience preferred.
Effective Communication and Typing Skills a must
Must be able to pass comprehensive background check and drug test.
