The Inside Sales Representative position is a vital part of our expanding company, therefore we need applicants who are charismatic , who have an incredible work ethic , and who are READY for a career in a professional, inviting environment. Expected first year earnings at goal is above $85k.
Essential Qualification and Qualities:
Must have sales experience !
Maintain a full time work schedule, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM- 5:30PM.
Ideal candidate will be comfortable with presenting premium products and services over the telephone to healthcare professionals in a professional and confident manner
Required to meet goals, but ideally would surpass weekly and monthly quotas
Follow a precise presentation guideline supplied by management
Applicant must be able to overcome objection and skillfully earn business using resources provided to them
Strive to build a sales career taking full advantage of the leads provided along with the opportunity for unlimited sales commission!
Must have a clear, friendly speaking voice
This position requires an individual who can successfully multi-task, prioritize responsibilities and pay attention to detail while thinking on their feet.
Need to be self-motivated , and also a supportive team player .
Exemplify patience, dedication, persistence and a positive mindset .
Have a proven track record of success in previous employment
Must have high school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills are needed
