What would you be doing as a customer service specialist?
Utilize your excellent customer service and communication skills
Serve as a liaison between customers and management
Effectively resolve customer issues
Investigate and troubleshoot product issues
Uphold the integrity of the database and maintain confidentiality
What are we looking for in our customer service specialist?
Excellent computer and technical skills
Motivated self-starter
Ability to problem solve and multi-task
2 years customer service experience
Medical terminology and HIPAA knowledge a plus
Associate?s degree or equivalent preferred
