The Noll Pool will pay a differential for recent/relevant years of experience.
How does this work?
Noll nurses float to the two CHI hospitals in the Lincoln, NE area. As an acute care nurse, you will get to work in Med/Surg, Step Down, or Critical Care. Noll nurses are known for their excellent patient care and are always welcome at the hospitals.
Full-time employees are required to work 36 hours every week, including every other weekend. You will have a cyclic schedule, so you will always know when you are working! On the day you have a scheduled shift, you will be deployed to the CHI hospital and unit with the highest need.
Part-time employees are required to work 96 hours each month, with 24 of the hours being worked on the weekend. You will be able to self-schedule online for the shifts you would like to work. On the day you have a scheduled shift, you will be deployed to the CHI hospital and unit with the highest need.
Noll employees will float to the following CHI hospitals:
CHI Health St. Elizabeth's
CHI Health Nebraska Heart Hospital

Requirements:
2 years of recent and relevant experience working in a hospital setting required
Valid RN license to work in the state of Nebraska required
Ability to float to both locations in Lincoln
Must have reliable transportation
