We are currently seeking a new Assisted Living Supervisor. The Assisted Living Supervisor (ALS) is responsible for all aspects of the Assisted Living (AL) program offered at a Merrill Gardens community, including staffing and the coordination and provision of care for residents who are receiving Assisted Living services. Our Ideal candidate will posses strong communication skills, strong leadership skills, and is a person who is fun to be around. Qualifications will include? ? Preferred experience in assisted-living ? Knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations (i.e. Staffing; OSHA; Fire; Nurse Practice Acts; Scope of Care) ? Current L.P.N./R.N. certification as specified by state agency or ability to obtain required certification within six (6) months of date of hire ? Blood borne Pathogens training ? Basic computer skills ? Must be able to obtain First Aid/CPR certification within 30 days of hire where required by state ? Outstanding assessment skills ? Must be able to communicate in both written and spoken English ? Available by phone or pager at all times ? Must be able to physically provide assistance with resident care. We are looking for FT days. Pay is DOE 50k-58K per year plus outstanding benefits. We also offer paid sick and vacation days after 90 days of employment.
