Professional Liaison / Sales Representative Job Opening in Pottsville, Pennsylvania - Kings Home Healthcare Inc. is setting the standard for excellence in home health care. We are seeking a Professional Liaison to carry out a host of business development-based responsibilities for the agency. This broad-reaching role will work closely with inpatient and outpatient institutions as well as other key referral sources to educate them on Kings Home Healthcare offerings and programs. The Community Liaison must have strong communication skills and an ability to work with a diverse contact base. The position will report to the Administrator, and oversee a variety of tasks and day-to-day responsibilities including:
Identifying and collaborating with referral sources
Interpreting home healthcare benefits and services to the medical community & relevant groups
Developing and revising education programs for the community and prospective referral sources
Reporting patient concerns to appropriate staff and clinicians
Providing assistance to referral sources to promote and maintain continuity of quality patient care to patients and families
Communicating Kings Home Healthcare services and programs to agency referral sources,
Participating in the monitoring and evaluating of the company's strategic plan or quality improvement, as requested
Participating in appropriate agency meetings, as requested
Assuming additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned by management.
Candidates must be highly motivated and have a bachelor's degree with minimum 2-3 years of related work experience, ideally in a home health agency pr healthcare environment.
All applicants must demonstrate experience and skills in coordinating activities, an ability to relate effectively with stakeholders (i.e. physicians, clinicians, community agencies, and institutions) and interdisciplinary team members.
A valid driver's license and reliable mode of transportation is required.
