Position Summary of the Outside Sales Agent
As an Outside Sales Agent, you will be responsible for developing new territories and starting new business relationships. This is a contractual position and offers a commission-based salary. The Outside Sale Agent will be free to provide services to other clients within our market segment.
Responsibilities of the Outside Sales Agent
As an Outside Sales Agent, you will have to:
Market, promote, develop, originate and procure sales of our skin care products to Spa Chains, Resorts Spa, Medi Spa, Day Spa, Beauty clinics, Aesthetic clinics, Aesthetician, Salons, Beauty School and other classes in the professional beauty and spa industries.
Communicate with customers and act as a liaison between the company and customers.
Develop the company?s business, by maintaining the company?s existing and following up with potential, future customers, in pursuit of the advancement of the company?s brand and business.
Qualifications of the Outside Sales Agent
Solid experience in business development and new business prospecting (B2B).
Proven ability to drive sales, build relationships and excel in new business development.
Strong communication (written and oral) and presentation skills.
Post-Secondary Education - Diploma or Degree (any combination of training and/or experience judged to be equivalent will be considered).
Experience in the beauty or hair-care industry (salon, spa and/or dermatology market niche) is an asset.
A professional diploma in aesthetics is an asset.
