Sales Representative ? Residential HVAC Sales Job Opening in Bridgeport, Connecticut - Santa Fuel seeks an individual who is organized, goal-oriented, and independent. It is expected this candidate would bring a multitude of sales opportunities into their pipeline immediately, to hit the ground running with high impact.

We are seeking the best and brightest professionals to grow with our team. Responsibilities will include the development of a strong pipeline of leads through existing relationships, cold calling, and networking as well as servicing company?s existing account base for upselling and failed equipment replacement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
An individual with a sales-hunter mentality capable of creating, recognizing and closing on opportunities in an expedited fashion.
Produce business growth by profitably selling HVAC products and services, either through customer leads or self-generated leads.
Perform load calculations and other technical requirements in support of equipment recommendations and utility rebate requirements.
Process sales agreements and job paperwork, including permits for jobs and utility rebates.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services offered.
Coordinate with office personnel regarding job scheduling and job payment.
Recommend and sell products and services where appropriate.
Perform duties inherent in all supervisory, professional and administrative positions.
Consistent with all positions in this classification, additional projects, tasks and/or duties beyond what is outlined here may be assigned as required.
Skills:
A high level of proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and all other Windows based programs is essential.
Ability and adaptability to learn and use new software.
Solid presentation skills, people skills and diplomacy dealing with diversity.
Excellent time management skills with the desire and ability to consistently exceed quotas.
