In-House Account Manager Job Opening in Salt Lake City, Utah - Job Description- In House Account Manager
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Gather and organize the required information for projects
Communicate new order details to Project Coordinators in a timely manner and coordinate production availability with Production management
Maintain contact with clients on production issues and other concerns
Request Installation quotes and communicate project details to the Installation Department and facilitate ongoing exchange of information
Establish buying cycles, determine customer needs, and create a customer supplier relationship
Work with Project Coordinators to review and approve invoicing batches
Communicate with clients and the accounting department regarding invoicing questions, pricing adjustments, payment, and other concerns
Communicate with client on cost modifications
Maintain post production follow-up communication with client regarding satisfaction and/or concerns
Facilitate accurate forecasting of revenues and bookings
Meet and exceed goals and sales quotas as assigned by sales management
Attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows
Develop customer proposals and drive contract negotiations to successful closure, resolving issues with customer and internal groups
Complete and submit accurate expense reports and weekly activity reports on a timely basis
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree preferred
5+ years of sales experience
Knowledge of digital imaging, printing, and/or pre-press preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Effective negotiation and closing techniques
Strong analysis and judgment skills
Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain strong working relationships
Ability to travel
Ability to present a professional and positive image that reflects well on our organization
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
