Job Requirements
Works under supervision of a physician following established guidelines as required.
Patient care in a busy Internal Medicine Practice.
Developing treatment plans for acute and chronic diseases.
Educating and guiding patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle habits.
Managing overall patient care
Prescribing medications
Conducting physical examinations and interpreting medical history
Ordering and performing diagnostic tests and procedures
Primary care for adult to geriatric patients
Counseling and educating patients about preventive measures to avoid illness
Ability to collaborate with the Primary care physician
- Nurse Practitioner State license required
- Ability to communicate professionally with patients
- Able to multi task
- Experience using an electronic medical record preferred but not required
