Centralized Imaging Clerk Job Opening in Norman, Oklahoma - Department: Loan Administration
Manager: Loan Administration Manager
Status: Full-time, Hourly
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Pre-imaging: prepares documents for imaging by reviewing document sets for specialized scanning needs and correct preparation by department forwarding. Barcodes documents if necessary. Sorts documents into applicable categories.
Image prepared files from all locations and capture via the imaging workstation.
Accurately index documents to appropriate document cabinets, types, accounts, customer and other identifiers. As indexing, performs quality review to ensure that images are viewable and has good quality.
Send imaged and indexed documents to appropriate personnel for auditing.
Maintains a secure filing system for all documents received for imaging.
Operates and maintains imaging equipment. Works with Information Technology to troubleshoot equipment and system issues.
Assists bank personnel by emailing or routing copies of documentation requests.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Very detail oriented and possesses excellent organizational skills
Ability to plan and prioritize work activities, use time efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment
Follows policies and procedures, completing administrative tasks correctly and on time
Dependable - follows instructions, responds to management direction, takes responsibility for own actions, keeps commitments
Very accurate computer keyboard skills
Ability to learn or knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Must work well independently with little supervision and in a team-support role
Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
Physical requirements include sitting for long periods of time and occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds
