Accounts Payable Job Opening in Jenks, Oklahoma - Black Forest Décor is looking for an organized professional with extensive experience in large-volume accounts payable to add to our accounting team. This role will involve a fast-paced schedule of maintaining detailed records, auditing invoices and entering invoice data, obtaining credit memos and processing daily mail.
Preferred Experience:
Requesting, tracking and obtaining credit memos
Familiarity with purchase orders, inventory and drop shipping
Reconciling vendor accounts
Maintaining correct vendor information in QuickBooks
Software Experience Required:
QuickBooks
Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Other Job Requirements:
Proficiency with 10-key data entry and basic office equipment including phone, fax, scanner and shredder
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to keep information orderly and readily available to research issues
Ability to work independently
Experience with full cycle accounts payable
Ability to learn and quickly understand other software programs as needed
