Hannoush team members (sales associates) are responsible for consistently achieving individual sales goals and to support the store's sales and profit objectives by providing a superior customer experience. This is an active retail sales position in a intimate yet fast paced environment. Interactions with customers are constant and require a high level of engagement.
Responsibilities:
Ability to generate sales to exceed personal goals..
Provide product knowledge about our designers and products to increase sales.
Demonstrate outstanding customer service to each and every customer.
Participate in all areas of the stores operation including merchandising & displays.
Build trusted relationships with your clients.
A positive outgoing personality to produce Sales and abide by company policies and procedures .
Enjoy working in a professional team environment
As a Jewelry Consultant (sales associate) you are responsible for engaging in conversation to understand customer needs and objections; presenting merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits; offering extended service plans and financing options; working with the entire sales team to provide a superior experience for our customers.
We provide training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and skills to take your career to the next level.
