Regional Director of Operations- Healthcare Job Opening in Detroit, Michigan - The Regional Director of Operation?s role in achieving our mission is to provide direct day-to-day oversight and management of operational, clinical, and financial activities within assigned facilities to ensure quality care, customer satisfaction, budgetary control, employee retention and the ongoing compliance with Federal, State, and company policies and procedures and programs.
This position is a member of the leadership, QAPI and Corporate Compliance teams and leads the Mock Survey team.
Education and Experience
A licensed Nursing Home Administrator and a licensed Nurse in good standing in the state of Michigan.
Maintain a working knowledge of existing, new and anticipating federal, state and local legislation surrounding your area(s) of responsibility and updates job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining professional networks and, participating in professional organizations.
Three (3) years of experience leading a skilled nursing / rehabilitation center with direct experience in clinical compliance, building census and labor management.
A preference for experience with multi-site management
