Business Office Manager- Healthcare Job Opening in Dearborn Heights, Michigan - Imperial Healthcare Centre
The Business Office Manager is responsible for all business office functions and to provide administrative support to all areas of facility management. As Office Manager, you will be a vital member of our management team by facilitating all healthcare related accounts receivable, (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial Insurance and private) including ownership of billing cycles, collections, revenue accounting, reporting, compliance, systems and projects for government and insurance payers. This individual ensures accuracy, compliance, efficiency, full circle communication and follow-through.
Requirements
A high school diploma and or technical certification in accounting, finance or related field
A minimum of two (2) years of experience with Michigan based skilled nursing facility
Experience working with centralized accounting support functions strongly preferred
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Excel.
Experience with PointClickCare, HDSI, IVAN'S/Ability is a plus
Strong project management and organizational skills
Effective interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have customer service focus
