Job Description
Ellis & Adams is currently seeking a Senior Epic Training Manager for a client engagement. This team member will lead the organizational learning readiness for coming Epic go-live.
Role Responsibilities
The Training Manager will be responsible for overseeing the training program and organizational learning readiness. Responsibilities will include overseeing the super-user community. The role will reporting to organizational leadership on training readiness and be responsible for aligning the the organizational training performance with Epic's Access and Revenue Cycle Readiness (ARCR) program. The role will also oversee readiness of all classroom materials, such as quick start guides, training companions and other required educational materials.
Qualifications Requirements
Full life-cycle experience with Epic implementation in a training leadership role
Experience with organizational learning and educational tools and techniques
Experience with Epic ARCR program
Epic Certified
Pre and Post Go-Live Planning Experience with organizational training
Experience with end user proficiency assessment programs
