Accountant Job Opening in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin - Indianhead Pipeline is a rapidly growing company, looking to expand our accounting department. We are looking for an energetic person to perform a wide range of accounting functions in a multi-company environment. In this position, no two days will be the same. You may be performing data entry of payables, preparing financial statements, or anything in between. The ideal candidate will have enough experience to work independently, yet amicable to performing the day-to-day less challenging aspects of the job. The successful candidate will have relevant experience in many of these areas.
Accounts payable ? entering and paying
Accounts receivable ? invoicing and applying cash
Reconciling accounts - including bank statements
Sales tax - multi-state experience reporting and paying
Payroll ? entering time, paying, and reporting multi-state unemployment and withholding
Union reports ? preparing off of payroll data and submitting
Fixed assets ? adding and disposing
Benefits administration ? adding new employees
Construction accounting ? including working with various project managers to generate projections and other reports
