As an Inside Sales Executive on our background screening sales team, you?ll focus on new client acquisitions through prospecting and referrals. In an effort to provide the greatest value to prospects, you?ll become a subject matter expert ? gathering and reporting your unique insights to help each prospect identify the best background screening program for their business. Through this process, you?ll pitch our relevant products and services so you can close the sale and work towards hitting defined sales targets. This position is located in Melville, Long Island.
What are the Primary Job Functions of the Inside Sales Executive?
Sell pre-employment background screening services to mid-market clients through prospecting and referrals
Work with sales leadership to refine sales tactics and meet assigned quotas
Stay up to date with industry information and compliance requirements for the background screening industry
What You Need to Be Successful?
At least two years background screening sales experience focused on developing new business
A strong track record of making sales and hitting quota
Strong computer skills, as well as experience with CRM tools
Bachelor?s degree preferred
