Database Administrator Job Opening in Millington, Tennessee - Provide enterprise data architecture and management support to expand the Navy Recruiting Command's (NRC) use of data as a strategic enabler of command goals and objectives.
Install and configure SQL Server 2005 Failover Cluster and SQL 2012 Always On Availability Groups.
Manage database processes such as creation, backup, recovery, performance analysis, tuning, capacity planning, security, and disaster recovery.
Build, deploy and support SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) projects and (ETL) packages with SSIS 2005 and 2012.
Create PowerShell scripts to automate and deploy SSIS packages.
Provide supported and troubleshooting for NRC deployments and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) cubes, along with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
Create, support, and troubleshoot SQL Server Agent Jobs, SQL Server Policy-Management Condition and Auditing.
Maintain and enhance existing web applications using C#, , , MVC, framework, Entity framework, Crystal Reports, JQuery, AJAX, and CSS etc. Translated detailed design into application software including writing, coding, debugging, and testing application software to produce the required product.
Work with Visual Studio 2012/2013/2015, SQL Server 2005/2012, SSDT, and PowerShell.
Prepare and maintain required technical documentation.
Perform other related duties as required.
