Pay Range: Base + Commission
Position Overview
The Sales Representative for the Southeast territory is responsible for managing the entire sales cycle as it relates to acquiring new clients and selling NeoControl?s products within the assigned territory. While focusing on integrators/dealers, the Sales Representative?s main duties are to source potential clients, develop strong relationships on behalf of the Company, demonstrate the products and their benefits, and close deals. Once an initial sale is made, it will be the Sales Representative?s responsibility to manage his/her clients to ensure reorders.
The Sales Representative will be provided with our documented sales process and workflow with Standard Operating Procedures and a CRM (Hubspot) to track all sales activities.
Responsibilities
The Sales Representative will perform the following duties within his/her assigned territory along with any additional duties as seen fit by management and per business needs:
Manage the full sales cycle (prospecting through sale close and beyond)
Utilize a ?hunter? mentality to prospect and generate leads
Conduct cold calling
Maintain a pipeline of new client opportunities using our CRM (Hubspot)
Set up appointments and meet with prospective clients
Build, develop, and maintain relationships with prospects and clients
Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations of features and benefits
Engage in negotiations to sign contracts with mutual benefit
Make the sale/close the deal in order to meet or exceed set goals/quotas
Project a communication style, appearance, and overall professionalism that is consistent with the brand and the Company?s standards
Conduct all necessary tasks to increase visibility and market share while upholding the brand
Maintain accurate records and keep a detailed account of all sales activities including sales calls, meetings, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities
Assist with account management for existing clients, including reorders
Prepare and discuss weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
Engage in weekly team meetings to provide updates, feedback, suggestions, etc.

Qualifications
Preferred Experience
Three (3) years of B2B outside sales experience for a tech product desired
Three (3) years of experience conducting face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations desired
Sales to integrators and dealers within areas such as AV, home theatre, alarm systems, speakers, and other similar products is a plus
Required Education
HS graduate, College Degree desired
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Able to manage the full sales cycle and close deals
Comfortable with making cold calls and generating leads
Skilled in developing, cultivating, and leveraging relationships
Possesses strong presentation skills
Able to explain and demonstrate tech products in a favorable way to various audiences
Displays outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Possesses strong negotiation skills
Has strong decision-making and problem solving skills
Possesses excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously
Able to work in a fast paced/constantly moving environment

Conditions and Physical Requirements
The Sales Representative must have a valid Driver?s Licence, access to a reliable vehicle, and must be able to:
Drive to appointments, sometimes for extended periods of time
Sit and stand for required periods of time
Operate computers, products, and equipment as needed
Speak, hear, and/or communicate effectively in English, using proper grammar and vocabulary
