Reports to General Manager and Board of Directors FULL TIME
Required Skills: Experience in all areas of bookkeeping - AP/AR/Bank Recs/Pay Suppliers & Vendors Day-to-day bookkeeping activity with all aspects of the General Ledger Willing to learn retail POS and other specialized software applications Excellent computer skills including excel and outlook Excellent communication skills and a problem solver Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative and self motivation
Assists in managing General Ledger, including preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts
Follows up with bank on returned items, ACH transactions, check copies, stop payments and other items
Resolves member issues
Perform all duties pertaining to the daily revenue reconciliation and cash deposit activity including reconciling POS systems, posting payments, cash receipts, credit card charges and payments
Responsible for vendor reconciliations, bad debt calls, and collections
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
