St Mayhem is not a "traditional" wine. This is not just another "winery rep job." Far from it. Candidates should posses:
A "start up" mentality
An entrepreneurial spirit
Willing to challenge the status quo
A passion for craft beverages (especially wine)
Specific duties include:
Personally make sales calls to restaurants and independent wine shops
Conduct in-store tastings/demos
Hold training sessions for wait staff in restaurants
Meet or exceed sales goals/quote consistently
Record all sales activities in Salesforce (CRM tool)
Must have a start-up mentality; entrepreneurial spirit
Ability to work independently with little day-to-day supervision
Must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Must have a passionate interest in "craft beverages"
