Our RN /LPNCharge Nurses provide direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and MFA guidelines:
Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans
Identify patient goals and approaches
Resolve patient/family concerns, and summarize those concerns for the Clinical Unit Manager
Maintain current nursing knowledge
Supervise and provide leadership and direction to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a shifts currently available. 3p-11p shifts includes $5 shift differential!!!
**CURRENT RN or LPN LICENSURE REQUIRED**
