Senior Application Engineer Job Opening in Souderton, Pennsylvania - Objective: To coordinate and direct pre-sales quoting and post-sales process to ensure customer satisfaction. This includes working with Sales, Production, Software Development, Service as well as with customers to gather information to engineer solutions that meet or exceed the customer's needs.
Duties:
- Provide sales quotes of products and systems to customers
- Project management of large product orders from P.O. through to completion of installation.
- Participate in new product development teams
- Provide phone and on-site technical support to sales, manufacturing, and customer service
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
- At least 5 years related job experience
- Experience in the automated systems and equipment industry is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
