Successful candidates will:
Be fluent in C# for Azure development and/or Java for AWS development
Be familiar with Azure services including WebJobs, ServiceBus, and Queues, as well as Table storage and Blob storage, and/or AWS services including Elastic Beanstalk, S3, DynamoDB, and RDS
Demonstrate excellence in object oriented design and implementation
Understand server side scalability and how to build with Azure and/or AWS for scale
Have participated in the full software product cycle
Be skilled at root causing problems across large systems
Be a great team player and enjoy working in a group of skilled, motivated engineers driving for a common goal
Have a university degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
The following expertise is helpful but not required:
Design of REST APIs
Expertise with scalability testing
Experience with Embedded Linux platforms
Experience with Maven and Ant
Data and network security
