UCFS, a Scott Fetzer subsidiary, is seeking Outside Sales Representatives to grow our new business consumer financing branch.
We are looking for a sales-savvy professional who:
Wants a career with excellent growth and earnings potential
Is high achiever driven to develop, identify and grow relationships with prospective B2B clients for them to offer financing to their consumers
Has a track record of over-achieving targets
Helps business customers increase revenue and achieve sales and profit goals
Drives volume and market penetration objectives
Designs and implements sales and business development plans
Drives and delivers consumer financing programs and products to business owners
The ideal candidate:
Is a new business hunter
Is a self-starter; looks for and acts on opportunities
Wants to be compensated on effort and results
Understands how to identify opportunities and close business

Develops and utilizes new sales techniques to increase sales volume and revenue
Responsibilities Include:
Phone communication and sales, face-to-face relationship building, attending client meetings, entertaining clients/prospective clients, reporting activities and results, forecasting sales?

Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years' experience in sales or related field
BA/BS preferred
Experience with CRM or client database solution preferred
Proven success in sales and business development
Very strong written and verbal communications skills
Time management and decision-making skills
