Assistant Store Manager/Sales Job Opening in Kamuela, Hawaii - Lehua Jewelers is seeking a talented and passionate leader to join our locally owned and operated company management/sales team. As the proud provider of the Miss Aloha Hula bracelet to the winner at the Merrie Monarch Hula festival, we are Hawaii?s most respected manufacturer and retailer of Hawaiian heirloom jewelry. You will directly support driving sales, developing employees and building customer satisfaction as well as having input on design, advertising and growth. This is a full time position that would require occasional travel with intensive 3 to 4 days of vending.

ESSENTIAL SALES FUNCTIONS Greet and engage retail customers, understand their needs and deliver an optimum customer experience Turn one time customers into lifetime customers Collaborate and partner with sales team to ensure a positive retail experience for the customer Position Available: Assistant Store Manager
Requirements: Retail skills - Hold staff accountable for providing quality customer service and achieving store/company goals.
Be result oriented and identify opportunities and solutions.
Maintain company standards and oversee all phases and compliance of store operations. High School Diploma 2yr./4yr. college preferred High level verbal and written communication abilities Effective customer service and people interaction abilities Able to add, subtract, multiply, divide, calculate discount percentages
Proficient computer skills and social media skills
Protects store assets. Be able to stand and walk throughout the scheduled work shift and lift and or move up to 50 lbs.
