HouseMart Ace Hardware Pukalani is seeking a customer service oriented Sales Associate responsible for providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be the face of our brand and will work in accordance with the Company?s established policies and procedures.
Essential Functions:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
Greets every customer in a timely, friendly and courteous manner
Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on products and services
Personally accompanies customer to the merchandise location
Accurately prices and displays merchandise
Maintain and keeps a well-stocked sales floor
Continually educates themselves about products and retains specific knowledge about current advertised items
Properly uses and secures two-way radios and head-sets as assigned
Retrieves shopping carts and baskets and returns them to their assigned areas

Job Qualifications:

Strong mathematical skills
Ability to effectively communicate written and verbally
Ability to perform under pressure
