Requirements
3-5 years accounting experience in a variety of accounting functions.
Full cycle, hands on accounting experience.
Experience with Quickbooks and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
BS/MS degree in accounting, business administration or a related field
Experience in the cannabis industry
Manufacturing or retail experience preferred.
Job Description
Prepares consolidated internal and external financial statements.
Analyzes information and options by developing spreadsheet reports; verifying information. Maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts.
Supervises all accounting team members
Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.
Provides accounting mentoring for other Accounting positions.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
