Our Inside Sales Team is responsible for the initial prospecting stages of the sales cycle. Our tasks include cold calling to develop a pipeline, calling our established customer base to introduce new products and services, and driving attendance to these events.
EXPERIENCE :
Must have excellent verbal communication skills, business writing skills, basic computer knowledge and a bachelor?s degree (preferred). Self-motivated in an environment that demands persistence and drive. Must have experience or interest in working with industry-leading video & marketing technology.
Must be confident in your ability to meet outbound call volume required for maximum compensation.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Establishing a sales pipeline through lead follow-up and individual lead generation.
Prospecting and cold calling new accounts and existing customer base.
Maintain an up-to-date account of customer and prospect activity in (CRM) database.
Consistent and disciplined when following-up with customer?s and prospect?s interest in products.
Updating forecasting and opportunities in CRM database.
Consistently demonstrate persistence and tenacity to overcome obstacles and to move the customer or prospect towards commitment using key selling points and features, benefits, and tools.
COMPENSATION :
Starting annual pay range of $30K to $42K and future opportunities for advancement within the company Nationwide and Globally as well as Commissions + Bonuses.
FIRST YEAR On Track Earnings = $80,000 + Bonuses
