Dental Practice Manager Job Opening in Mena, Arkansas - Dental Practice Manager works under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer. This position responsible for managing non-clinical functions of the dental department and providing administrative oversight of dental services. The Practice Manager is responsible for managing the work of all clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure service delivery in practice and all operational aspects within a specified practice(s) to achieve excellent customer service, quality, cost and delivery performance in line with company strategy, goals and values. Provide support and direction to enhance performance, skills and knowledge of practice staff within the practice(s). To work closely with the organization to deliver quality dental care and service to patients in line with HCI policies and guidelines. Strong communication and people skills, organization and attention to detail are a must. This person must work well independently and have excellent time management skills in a fast paced work environment. Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred, experience managing a dental clinic highly desirable or management experience in healthcare. Experience with Dentrix Enterprise and Dexis is preferred but not required.
