The ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable within a fast paced, computerized environment, with direct experience in account coding, voucher entry, and payment processing.
Professional demeanor and presentation with a personable manner
Solid communication skills both written & verbal
Detail oriented, highly organized, with the ability to multi-task a must.
Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and the Internet
Capable of maintaining confidentiality of sensitive material
Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, able to work well with others
Possess a sense of urgency, able to manage time and prioritize.
A strong desire to learn and grow, must already have solid accounting knowledge commensurate with the position.
Microsoft Dynamics GP experience strongly preferred but not required
Some of additional job responsibilities will include
Filing monthly sales tax returns
Processing expense reports
Calculating / processing commissions
Handling barter / trade (reconciling customers vs vendors)
Intercompany offsets (monthly)
