Accounting Manager Job Opening in Las Vegas, Nevada - Eastridge is seeking an Accounting Manager to work for a established Property Management/Home Owners Association. You will be responsible for the effective management and profitable operation of your assigned branch office. This opportunity will manage over 42 employees within the accounting department, prepare financial statements, working as a liaison between board members and upper management, and directly supervise the collection department. Previous HOA background is preferred. This is an immediate need!
Responsibilities:
Oversee the flow of cash and financial investments
Analyze information to assess current and future financial statuses
Review costs for optimal budget planning
Evaluate reporting systems and collection procedures
Coach and mentor staff and ensure that proper training is provided for each team member
Assist in resolving manager and board member questions regarding financial statements
Attend board meetings in order to present monthly financial statements as required
Qualifications:
Previous experience in financial branch management, financial services, or other related fields
Knowledge of common accounting practices
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to work under pressure
3-5 years of HOA experience
Ability to be flexible with learning new culture and client practices
