You are a pet owner, pet enthusiast and an evangelist for pet health & well-being.
You drive yourself harder than any sales manager ever would or could.
You manage your time better than any other and ALWAYS exceed prospecting requirements.
Your references validate a proven successful sales track record and solid 50+ hour work ethic.

SUCCESS FACTOR SNAPSHOT
25 weekly retail sales calls, approximately 15 prospective calls and 10 growth calls.
Documented pre-call planning and objectives in CRM tool for each call.
Email recaps sent to clients and manager within 24 hours of all meetings or phone conversations.
Documented call results and follow-up / follow through in CRM tool for each call.
Hand-written thank-you/follow-up notes to all new relationships at all levels and channels.
In 30 days identify and target key customers / contacts within your territory
In 45 days create retail call routing plan to cover territory efficiently & effectively
In 60 days call on all key and target accounts within your territory.
In 60 days share your written sales growth plan with the CEO and the organization.
In 120 days increase and sustain monthly territory wholesale sales growth of 10%+.
In 6 months increase and sustain monthly territory wholesale sales growth of 20%+.
In 9 months increase and sustain monthly territory wholesale sales growth of 35%+.
In 12 months increase and sustain monthly territory wholesale sales growth of 50%+.
OTHER:
Bachelor?s Degree preferred, candidates with equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
There is a category-specific non-compete provision for this job.
Up to 75% overnight travel required.
Must have ability to be on your feet all day.
Must have ability to repeatedly lift at least 40 lbs.
Territory includes: Eastern NY, CT, MA, RI, VT, NH & ME
Must live within the territory, preferably within 1 hour of a major airport.

Must have advanced computer communications and social media skills.
