Technical Recruiter Job Opening in Denver, Colorado - Technical Talent Manager (Full Time)

What does a productive week look like for a successful Talent Manager at DG?
Networking all day, every day. Be focused on our current openings, but always building a talent pipeline of the top 10% of professionals in their given technical discipline from IT Leadership, to Architects, Engineers, PM?s, BA?s and QA
Our value to our clients is the exceptional quality and responsiveness of delivery. Therefor we seek to only present 3 qualified candidates per opening, targeting each Technical Talent Manager to present at least 4 qualified candidates to various customer openings per week
Build relationships through in person meetings at our office, lunches, coffees.
Stay active in the community and attend and sponsor local meetups in town like HTML5 User Group, Denver Visual Studio, DeRailed, Agile Denver to name a few.
After 6 months, be on track to place two candidates per month
Be comfortable calling into companies to prospect with candidates
Emails are great, but be comfortable to make the appropriate calls to hit your placement goals
General Responsibilities:
Meet with candidates personally to evaluate their skills and understand their job preferences
Understand our clients and job requirements; be inquisitive, use internal and external resources to identify top talent efficiently and effectively
Network socially through , GitHub, Facebook
Introduce and get acquainted with the already established, trusted, proprietary Doyle Group network. We have over 20,000 candidates in our ATS
Prepare and present resumes to hiring managers
Schedule client / consultant interviews
Manage the recruitment process based on the constant changing priorities and client needs
Set up and evaluate candidates skill levels through The Doyle Group?s trained process for evaluation
Make recommendations to clients regarding the top talent available to meet their specific requirements
Strategize with teammates to accomplish daily, weekly and monthly goals
Promote a positive and energetic team environment
Required experience:
To be considered for a Talent Manager position we require a four-year college degree and at least 4 years? experience having worked in IT Recruiting or software sales
Previous agency recruiting experience is strongly preferred
Possess a high level of integrity
Must enjoy and thrive in a collaborative environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Energetic upbeat personality
Good presentation skills
High level of personal accountability and perseverance
Strong sense of urgency and openness for continual self improvement
Motivated for advancement
Interested in technology, specifically software development
Possess strong organizational skills
Competitive Drive, Have a strong desire to succeed and win
Most importantly, the ability to have fun
Talent Managers will receive personal training and be given the tools and technology to ensure success in this highly competitive industry. Talent Managers are accountable for personal production goals as well as team goals. Talent Managers need a combination of recruiting, account development and account management skills to be productive in this role.
