Accounts Payable Clerk Job Opening in Milwaukee, Wisconsin - Marcus Investments LLC, the investment arm of the Marcus Family, seeks a part-time Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for a wide range of functions in the AP process including invoice and payment processing, check issuance, 1099 record maintenance, accounts payable records management and other projects. They will work with several operating businesses which span a wide range of industries (real estate, retail, restaurants and family office) and interact with all levels of management. The position will require approximately 20-25 hours per week and will allow for a flexible work schedule.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
1+ years of accounts payable experience desired
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient user of MS Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with NetSuite accounting software and Concur Travel and Expense Software is a plus
