Barnstorm Cycles is once again looking to expand our dealership with passionate and motivated individuals! Training tools will be provided to enhance your selling skills. Our mission is all about creating a streamlined buying experience with employees who are looking to help others find the motorcycle of their dreams!
This is your opportunity to join one of the most unique and rapidly growing independent dealerships in the area! We have a large diverse inventory on site, and 2017 is ramping up to be the biggest season yet.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Assisting sales customers in selecting the perfect motorcycle to fit their needs, providing accurate information on the motorcycles and performing timely follow-up with our customers.
Harley-Davidson experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right people and provide all the tools you need to be successful.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Welcoming guests into the dealership
Narrowing down the client?s wants, to find the bike of their dreams
Follow up phone calls to clients who have visited, or inquired online
Qualifications & Job Requirements:
Motorcycle license required
Have a love of motorcycles and contributing to the success of the team
Sales experience not required, but encouraged. Will train the right candidate
Be an outgoing, energetic people person
Be self-motivated, positive, driven and helpful
Be able follow a structured sales process on value based selling
