Law Firm Finance Manager Job Opening in Denver, Colorado - A DTC area law firm is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Law Firm Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will deal with day-to-day finance operations and work closely with the partners of the firm. This position requires an energetic self-starter with strong communication skills (oral and written), meticulous organization and attention to details. The ability to comfortably handle multitasking is REQUIRED to apply for the position.
Essential Job Duties (Other duties may be assigned as required):
Process payroll, using outside services.
Meticulously maintain accounting book.
Oversee A/P and vendor invoices.
Work with clients directly for various financial issues, including late payments.
Process receipts from clients.
Maintain Client Trust Accounts.
Reconcile all financial accounts each month.
Process Denver and Colorado Use and Property Tax.
Administer Simple IRA.
Administer AFLAC.
Administer health insurance.
Oversee monthly billing.
Oversee expense logs.
Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines.
Oversee all billing process.
Track monthly billable hours for financial analysis.
Appeal invoice deductions with supporting documents as necessary.
Oversee invoice forwarding to various clients.
Create monthly and quarterly financial projections.
Review lease and equipment purchases as necessary.
Oversee office supply purchases from various vendors.
Previous law firm experience is preferred and demonstrating similar experiences is required. Accounting degree or equivalent required. Please send resume, salary requirement, and references.
