Senior Revenue Accountant Job Opening in Englewood, Colorado - Viveve is a growing medical device company located in Englewood, Colorado. We are passionate about improving healthcare for woman and are looking for a talented Senior Revenue Accountant whose primary responsibility will be to support the efficient management of company revenue. Other duties include the following:
Manage all revenues generated by the organization.
Prepare cash deposits and reconcile associated bank accounts.
Work with customers to ensure that all payments are received in a timely manner. Regularly monitor and manage accounts and respond to customer inquiries.
Work with Finance and Accounting staff to ensure that the general ledger and monthly financial statements accurately reports corporate revenue.
Assist in the creation of financial plans/analysis and projections for the company
Balance bank and company accounts.
Participate in financial audits and implement recommendations from audit.
Design, implement, and regularly improve revenue accounting procedures.
Develop and issue periodic revenue reports.
Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately in accordance with company policies and accepted accounting practices
Qualified Candidates must possess the following:
Expertise with QuickBooks and Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Current knowledge of GAAP
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Minimum of five years of related experience.
