This new team member will work alongside our payroll manager, accounting and transactional teams to support our clients developing scalable processes and quality data to support their growth.
Job Responsibilities
Accounts payable
Support daily business activities such including, but not limited to, inventory purchasing, shipping confirmations, product purchasing, invoicing and receivables management.
Develop and maintain a one-on-one relationship with clients.
Work closely with managerial team to tackle client challenges.
Maintain accurate and timely responses to client questions and concerns.
Provide a high level of customer service while keeping the client within the scope of their engagement.
Background and Experiences
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Time Management: The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Strong Computer Skills including QuickBooks and Excel.
Strong customer service skills/background.
Must exude courtesy, politeness, and patience
Must be team orientated.
Must be detail orientated.
This is a full-time position based out of our offices in Denver, CO.
