The Outside Sales Position for Elkhart and surrounding market will be responsible for developing long standing relationships with local business owners, providing integrated marketing solutions through a consultative, needsbased selling approach, incorporating our print and digital solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE * Utilize a consultative approach to selling * Represent the Elkhart Truth in a positive light throughout the community * Actively seek new opportunities and provide positive ROI to existing accounts * Contribute to a learn atmosphere * Creatively implement print/digital strategies to help clients achieve marketing goals * Execute campaigns and track results with clients * Meet and exceed established print/digital revenue goals * Serve as a marketing expert by providing clients with insights through upto-date knowledge of digital marketing trends. QUALIFICATIONS * Newspaper sales experience or advertising sales experience preferred * Passion for digital marketing * Comprehensive knowledge of needs-based selling * Strong desire to build your book of business * Excellent communication and presentation skills-written and verbal * Strong team player * Assertive, goal-oriented and self-motivated * Ability to multi-task., handle pressure and work under deadlines * Familiar with reporting * Valid drivers license
