We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer?s to lead our technology team in creating new solutions and facilitating communication between existing ones.
To be successful in this role, programmers must demonstrate their knowledge of critical thinking and problem solving. Proficiency with C#, Ruby or JavaScript is required.
Primary Duties:
Lead the team on current programming tasks.
Quickly produce well-organized, optimized, tested and documented source code.
Create and document software tools required by team members or other developers.
Debug existing source code and polish feature sets.
Contribute to technical design documentation.
Work independently when required.
Continuously learn and improve skills both personally and by providing training for team members.
Able to log work using Git version control system.
Working knowledge of networking architecture.
Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems.
Qualifications:
5-7 years of engineering experience
Proven track record of success and leadership
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Able to produce accurate and quality work under time constraints.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Work with discretion and confidentiality under minimal direction.
