As a Customer Service / Sales Representative , you will be responsible for fielding warm leads from existing, new and/or previous customers via chat, with an overall goal to sell new or additional client television services, while delivering high customer satisfaction and individual results.
Responsibilities:
Answers inbound sales inquiries via chat relating to products, services and current promotions
Communicates and explains the value of the client brand and benefits of services to potential customers though establishing relationships and building strong rapport
Uses effective selling and customer service techniques to identify customer needs and drive sales results
Requirements:
Confident and driven individual with great typing and verbal communication skills
Quick learner ? Has the ability to learn new systems, products and services
Positive personality ? We?ll give you the tools to succeed, guaranteed
One year of sales experience and/or equivalent transferrable skills
Ability to type no less than 40 adjusted words per minute with minimal error
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Associates Degree preferred
Ability to HAVE FUN and make money while doing it!
Hours:
Monday ? Friday 11:00am ? 8:00pm
Thursday ? Monday 9:00am ? 6:00pm
Sunday ? Thursday 8:00am ? 5:00pm
Tuesday ? Saturday 2:00pm ? 11:00pm
Pay:
Over 50% of our Sales Team makes over $18/Hour ($37,440/Year) by reaching realistic sales goals in a fun and motivating environment.
Top 15% of our Sales Team make anywhere from $25/Hour - $36/Hour ($52,000/Year - $74,880/Year).
Training: 4 weeks of classroom and on the job, typically during normal working hours.
